踮起脚尖努力靠近

才觉春风尚寒

暖阳还是隐匿在山间

若有若无

蛰伏冬眠的事物

在年的尽头

蠢蠢欲动

今夜消瘦的月色

能否路过你的心

Everything begins to move,

which includes the disappeared love

I try to approach it on tiptoe

The wind is still chilled

Warm sunshine is still hiding among the mountains

It’s faintly discernible 

At the end of the year,

hibernating creatures start to move 

Would the thin moon pass through your heart tonight?
