 若一腔悲愤

可从春冮汲冷酒

若孤独无从排遣

可垂钓，请青鱼跳出水面

若残忍，可烹烧青鱼

并将两岸岩石和野草

一起下酒

并将一千朵春花以落日点燃

将江中死亡的灵魂请来祭拜

Spring River

If  in deep sorrow and rage

I  can take cold wine from the spring river

If the loneliness cannot be dispelled

I can drop a fishing hook, and ask a blue fish to jump out of water

If I am cruel, I can cook the blue fish

And also take the rocks and wild grass on the two banks

As appetizers for drinking wine

And I ignite one thousand spring flowers with the setting sun

And invite the dead souls in the river to come for my tributes
