You melt the ice and snow,

你让冰雪消溶，

Turn willows green,

Adorn mountains and earth with greenery.

用绿色装点山川大地。

In summer, I praise you:

夏季我赞美你：

You slip through lotus leaves,

你从荷叶间溜过，

Break the starlight in the pond,

摇碎满池星光，

Drive away the oppressive summer heat,

Bringing romantic summer nights,

Yesterday, I put a bag of rice out to dry on the platform,

昨天在平台晒了一袋米，

Stirred up dust and sand all day,

扬了一天尘土沙粒，

Making a chaotic mess.

作得昏天暗地。

You pushed over the plane tree,

推倒了梧桐树，

And threw stones at the glass.

还抱着石块砸玻璃。

Under the moonlight’s cover,

在月光的掩饰下，

You even plucked unripe pears from the tree.

你还摘下了满树尚未成熟的梨。

You’ve changed,

No longer the old you—

已不是从前的你

Sometimes wildly raging,

时而疯狂肆虐，

Like a runaway donkey.

就像一头失控的驴。

You messed up my hair,

你吹乱了我的发，

I didn’t get angry,

我没有生气，

But you rippled the lake in my heart,

却吹皱了我的心湖，

Churning calm feelings into a storm.

将平静的心情搅得翻江倒海。
