刘蔷，生长在九河下梢海河之滨，毕业于天津音乐学院，现为天津北辰音乐教师，从教30余年。中学高级教师，优秀学科带头人。追求：修艺养德，以美育人。

In a hurry, we chase time.
In the noise, we strive to sow.
During rehearsals, we think about innovation.
On the way forward, we strive to grow.
The person who teaches art has no time to stop. Even thinking and learning are done against the clock.
The person who teaches art tills with heart and moistens those souls full of eager expectations with love.
Author's Profile: Liu Qiang, growing up at the estuary of Haihe River where nine rivers converge. Graduated from Tianjin Conservatory of Music. Currently a music teacher in Beichen District, Tianjin. Having taught for over 30 years. A senior middle school teacher and an outstanding subject leader. Pursuit: Cultivate art and morality, and educate people with beauty.
