1、屈原：宜昌人，战国时期楚国诗人、政治家。屈原是中国历史 上一位伟的爱国诗人，中国浪漫主义文学的奠基人。
1. Qu Yuan: a native of Yichang , the Warring States period Chu poet, statesman. Qu Yuan is a great patriotic poet in Chinese history and the founder of Chinese Romantic literature.
2、李时珍：蕲春县人，明代著名医药学家，代表作《本草纲目》， 被后世尊为“药圣”。
2. Li Shizhen: a native of Qichun County, a renowned medical scientist in the Ming Dynasty, who famously wrote "Compendium of Materia Medica" and was revered as "the Sage of Medicine."
3、毕昇：黄冈市英山人，北宋发明家，活字印刷术的发明者，是 中国印刷术发展中的一个根本性的改革。
3. Bi Sheng: a native of Yingshan, Huanggang City, he was the inventor of typographic printing in the BeiSong Dynasty, which was a fundamental reform in the development of Chinese printing.
4、张居正：荆州市人，明朝政治家、改革家、内阁首辅，辅佐明 万历皇帝朱翊钧进行“万历新政”，史称“张居正改革”。
4. Zhang Juzheng, a native of Jingzhou, was a politician, a reformer and the head official of the cabinets in the Ming Dynasty. He helped Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yijun, to carry out the "Wanli New Deal," known in history as "Zhang Juzheng Reform."
5、王昭君：宜昌市兴山县人，与貂蝉、西施、杨玉环并称中国古 代四大美女，是中国古代四大美女之一的“落雁”。

10. Pang Tong: a native of Xiangyang, an important advisor under Liu Bei at the end of the Dong Han Dynasty. He was admired as a commander-in-chief with Zhu Geliang.
