Yushan Gathering, Sharing the Fragrance of Poetry
-- A Sidelight on the Exchange Meeting of Mu Weining's Poetry and Prose Writing
Liu Xiangdong, Shao Zuncheng
Weining's Poetry and Prose Startle All
Mu Weining, a native poet without a high-level diploma, shows the attitude of "living in the mud and writing poetry in the clouds" with her poetry. Her poetry not only expresses the profound perception of life but also reflects the yearning and pursuit of beautiful things.
Mu Weining's modern poetry works have been recognized repeatedly. On November 12th last year, [Chinese Poetry and Literature Network] published "A Poetess Flying Out from Shangzhai", including six of her poems, which caused a strong reaction. Even many literary masters, poets and famous editors repeatedly requested to meet this talented woman. Her representative works "Let the Wind See You for Me" and "Willing to Be That Lotus" depict romantic life scenes and show her charm and talent.
"Kneeling in the mud to live and standing in the clouds to write poetry" is not only a portrayal of Mu Weining's life but also the attitude of many people. This attitude encourages people to still maintain the pursuit and yearning for beautiful things when facing the difficulties and challenges of life, and express their inner emotions and thoughts with poetry and art.
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the author's life and creation, advocated by the senior editor Mr. He Zhangmin and organized and coordinated by Liu Xiangdong and Shao Zuncheng, a unique exchange meeting was held at Yushan Food City on July 19th. At the scene, people appreciated the author's talent and charm, and praised that her poems have "three flavors": the flavor of Yushan buckwheat noodles, the flavor of Ba Yuan sticky rice cakes, and the flavor of Xi'an mutton soup with pita bread...
Write poems standing on the cloud
At the beginning of the exchange meeting, Mu Weining expressed her heartfelt thanks to the presence of the rural sages and teachers, thanked the enthusiasm, encouragement and support of the rural sages and elders, and passionately shared her mental journey and insights during the process of creating modern poems, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in her poetic countryside together.
She concisely summarized:
First, my name is Mu Weining. I'm from Shangzhai Village, Jiujianfang Town, Lantian County. I have a junior high school education.
Second, the reason for writing poems: Because I love words and nourish my uninteresting soul with words. My attitude towards life: "Live on my knees in the mud and write poems standing on the cloud."
Third, what do you think poetry is?
Answer: Poetry is "the language that expresses the thoughts in the heart."
The British romantic poet Wordsworth said: "Poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings; it takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquility."
In fact, I can't write poems. I just love life and live it seriously. In my life, poetry is not poetry; it is my refuge in the world, the cradle of the soul, and the Jiangnan of my world.
Four. My Attitude towards Life:
Expressed in a poem
Willing to Be That Green Lotus
By: Qingxiang Lily
In the bustling world
The moon with its waxing and waning
People with their joys and sorrows
A journey of landscapes
A section of memory
Half flowing away
Half continuing
Today separated by mountains and waters
Who will talk about the long together
In the complicated world
Walking alone
In simple clothes
With a wisp of ink fragrance
A lush tree
A season of flower fragrance
A detachment
A composure
Be calm and at ease
Deal with it calmly
Disdain the sorrows and sufferings of the world of mortals
Calm my heart and it is Bodhi
(In the picture above: From left, Mu Lining, Liu Xiangdong, Shao Zuncheng, Mu Weining)
Wonderful Insights Fascinating
At the end of the exchange meeting, Mu Weining was passionate and full of emotions. Her wonderful insights were fascinating and intoxicating.
She said with deep feelings:
Shao Zuncheng, a retired senior Chinese teacher of Chengguan Middle School, taught on the spot about the tones and rhythms of poetry. "Tao gives birth to one; one gives birth to two; two gives birth to three; three gives birth to all things." Teacher Shao can be said to have revealed the "Tao" of poetry.
Senior editor He Zhangmin pointed out the maze sharply and made people suddenly enlightened, feeling that poetry and the distance are not far away.
Teacher Shao and Teacher He were discussing: Teacher Shao was deeply influenced by the elegant artistic conception of ancient poetry, while Teacher He preferred the freshness and agility of modern poetry. Here, tradition and modernity collided. Tradition is the root and must be preserved. Innovation is life and must be persisted in.
Teacher Liu Xiangdong is quick both in thinking and writing, and excellent articles come naturally. He is passionate and a good teacher and friend.
Teacher Zhou Ximin uses medicine to heal the body and poetry to nourish the soul. He is insightful, optimistic and contented.
Teacher Li Xinsheng is concise and humorous, and is an approachable elder.
Teacher Fan Yintao, the senior commentator of the Gongwangling Ape-Man Site, was "able to stabilize the situation on horseback when young" and "able to bring peace to the world with a pen when returning". He is both civil and martial, modest and considerate. "One is a gentleman when he is refined in both appearance and manner."
"Live on your knees in the mud and write poetry standing on the clouds." To myself: Take root in the soil. When the roots are deep and the leaves are luxuriant, there will surely be a tree full of flowers!
Thank the teachers for imparting all they know selflessly, being willing to be a human ladder and supporting the younger generation. The younger generation is deeply grateful and will forge ahead with vigor and perseverance.
The words of Mu Weining are like a murmuring stream, flowing with sincerity and passion. The fellow villagers present hope that Mu Weining and her sister Mu Lining (a teacher of Chengguan Middle School) will, like blooming flowers, always be fragrant in the garden of literature.
