Only one question:

Will I live till one hundred?

Finally 

A response:

Got your number, 

But can't reveal, 

Or it might ruin your life. 

Why is that? 

Because 

you would be constantly obsessed, 

And suffer

Yet, surely for you 

Got a few useful words 

What are they?

Good to be a fool!
