此次隆重在新加坡香格里拉大酒店举办的盛大推介会标题为《拓展新琼合作*共享自贸港机遇》 海南自贸港新加坡推介会，2023年11月23日【世界文化艺术联合总会】创会全球总顾问陈光億宗师特邀出席，当天出席者嘉宾包括各行业的商界领袖、文化艺术代表、海内外团体及媒体等三百余人出席盛会。
拉近新加坡-海南合作，共享自由贸易港机遇，议程主持人开场陸续介绍各领导致辞，首先由新加坡贸工部兼文化、社区及青年部政务部长刘燕玲，其次是中国驻新加坡大使馆临时代办朱憬 ，最后由主宾海南省委书记冯飞启动掀开大会推介环节。

另外，“推介环节”是由海南自由贸易港政策与营商环境及海南国际经济发展局局长唐华先生，海南自由贸易港高新技术产业投资机遇及海南省工信厅厅长刘立武先生，海南自由贸易港金融投资机遇及海南省金融局副局长管毅先生分別述说。
而“落户海南企业及落户人才”代表发言是新加坡盛裕集团北亚区首席执行官林丰坚先生，丰益国际首席运营官兼执行董事、鹏瑞利集团执行 董事长兼首席执行官潘锡源先生，洋浦管委会首席规划师林光明先生。
最后，才由主宾海南省委书记冯飞及各个领导见证其重点项目签约仪式。
推介会结束后，由《中华商报》副社长沈普芳先生採访时，【世文联】创会全球总顾问陈光億宗师及中国海南省委书记冯飞先生亲切地开始对话交流，陈光億宗师提及海南有如此优良项目及免稅等，会推介给【世文联】145个国家与地区的成员，在海南省中设点成立办事处，共同发展其优势文化及产业链，并说道：「是否有这个荣幸到海南设立办事处。」而省委书记冯飞先生立即伸出手说道：「欢迎到海南来」，终于在如此隆重的盛会中写下完美的句子。

The grand promotion event held at Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore is titled "Expanding Singapore & Hainan Cooperation, Sharing Free Trade Port Opportunities" - Hainan Free Trade Port Singapore Promotion Event, November 23, 2023. Grandmaster Jason Tan, Global Chief Councillor of [Federation of World Cultural & Art Society (Singapore)], was specially invited to attend. The event was attended by over 300 guests, including business leaders from various industries, cultural and artistic representatives, domestic and foreign groups, and media.
The grand event was titled "Expanding Singapore & Hainan Cooperation, Sharing Free Trade Port Opportunities" - Hainan Free Trade Port Singapore Promotion Conference, aiming to strengthen Singapore-Hainan cooperation and share the opportunities of the free trade port.
The agenda was hosted by the moderator, who introduced the speeches of various leaders individually as follows. First, H.E. Ms. Low Yen Ling, Minister of State for Trade and Industry the Minister of Culture, Community, and Youth of the Republic of Singapore, delivered her speech. Then, H.E. Mr. Zhu Jing, Charged' Affaires of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Singapore, followed. Finally, H.E. Mr. Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee of the CPC, officially launched the promotion session of the conference.
During the "Business Promotion of Hainan Free Trade Port", Mr. Tang Hua, Director General of Hainan IEDB, spoke about the Hainan Free Trade Port Policies and opportunities Guide. Mr. Liu Liwu, Director General of Department of Industry and Information Technology, discussed the investment opportunities in High-tech Industries in Hainan Free Trade Port. Mr. Guan Yi, Deputy Director General of Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, talked about the financial openness Policy Hainan Free Trade Port.
“Companies and Talents Representatives” that have settled in Hainan also delivered speeches. They include, Mr. Lim Hong Kian, CEO of Surbana Jurong North Asia, Mr. Pua Seck Guan, COO and Executive Director of Wilmar International Limited and Executive Chairman and CEO of Perennial Holdings Private Limited, as well as Mr. Lin Guangming, Chief Planner, Yangpu Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Hainan Province.
After the promotional event, the signing ceremony for the key projects was witnessed by Mr. Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, and other leaders.
During an interview with Mr. Shen Pufang, the Vice President of CHINESE BIZ NEWS, Grandmaster Jason Tan, Global Chief Councillor of FOWCAAS and H.E. Mr. Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, engaged in a friendly exchanged of dialogue. Grandmaster Jason Tan expressed his admiration of the excellent projects and tax exemptions in Hainan, which he would recommend to the members of FOWCAAS from 145 countries and regions. He proposed the establishment of offices in Hainan Province to jointly develop its advantageous culture and industry chain. He asked if it would be an honor to set up an office in Hainan. In response, Secretary H.E. FengFei immediately extended his hand and said, "Welcome to Hainan," hence bringing forth the perfect closure to this grand event.
*另注：说起海南历史名人可谓不少，最为著名的文化人物，有人称，苏东坡是海南引进的第一个人才，900多年前，宋代大文豪苏东坡曾被贬于此，并在此谪居3年，创立书院，接续起中国大陆与海南的文脉，开海南文明之先河。
其次历史名人当以海南这位被推为明代(1421-1495)大儒的著名思想家、史学家、政治家、经济学家和文学家——丘濬为首。丘濬作为明成化、弘治年间的中央重臣，官至礼部尚书兼武英殿大学士，明代史家称他为“中兴贤辅”。其于学术上更是优赡赅博，“三教百家之言，无不涉猎”，被认为是“当代通儒”及“有明一代文臣之宗”，其治学实践与思想时至今日仍有借鉴意义，至今在海南省海口市丘濬文化园里中有着“理学名臣”的牌坊。
而本会【世文联】总会长新加坡书法大家丘程光先生是为丘濬之后裔，对于海南乡情深厚，为方便海南学者的“海南学”研究，特将其珍藏的明末崇祯(1628-1644)刻本《大学衍义补》于2017年无偿捐赠海南大学图书馆，希望有助于海南文史资料的重点研究与探索，以进一步弘扬光大海南文化。
*Note: Speaking of historical figures in Hainan, there are quite a few notable ones. The most famous cultural figure is said to be Su Dongpo, who is considered the first talent introduced to Hainan. Over 900 years ago, during the Song Dynasty, the great literary figure Su Dongpo was exiled to Hainan and spent three years there. He established a academy and continued the cultural heritage between mainland China and Hainan, pioneering the civilization of Hainan.
Furthermore, among historical figures, the famous philosopher, historian, politician, economist, and writer, Qiu Jun, who was hailed as a great scholar of the Ming Dynasty (1421-1495), should be mentioned as the foremost representative of Hainan. Qiu Jun, a central minister during the Chenghua and Hongzhi reigns, held the position of Minister of Rites and concurrently served as the Grand Academician of the Wuying Hall. He was revered by Ming historians as a "virtuous assistant in the revival of the nation." He made significant contributions to academia and had a broad knowledge encompassing the various schools of thought. He was regarded as a "renaissance scholar of his time" and the "founder of literary officials in the Ming Dynasty." His scholarly practices and thoughts remain influential to this day. In the Qiu Jun Cultural Park in Haikou, Hainan Province, there is an archway honoring him as a "distinguished scholar of Neo-Confucianism."
As for our organization, Mr. Khoo Seng Kong, the President of the FOWCAAS, and a renowned calligrapher from Singapore, is a descendant of Qiu Jun. He has a deep affection for his ancestral Hainan and, in order to facilitate the study of "Hainan Studies" by scholars in Hainan, he generously donated a rare Ming Dynasty edition of "Supplement to the Extended Meaning of the Great Learning" which was engraved during the Chongzhen era (1628-1644) to the library of Hainan University in 2017. With hope that this donation will contribute to the focused research and exploration of Hainan's cultural and historical heritage, further promoting and enriching the rich culture of Hainan.

President of the FOWCAAS, Mr. Khoo Seng Kong, a master calligrapher from Singapore, he is a descendant of Qiu Jun and has a deep affection for Hainan. Therefore, in 2017, he presented a rare Ming Dynasty edition of "Supplement to the Extended Meaning of the Great Learning" by Chongzhen (1628-1644) to the library of Hainan University.
至今在海南省海口市丘濬文化园里中有着“理学名臣”的牌坊。
