顺通将军的加盟对于总会来说具有重要的意义，作为总会荣誉顾问，他将为总会的发展和全球文化艺术事业的推动做出巨大贡献，顺通将军深刻认识到文化艺术在促进人与人之间的相互理解、交流与友谊方面的重要作用，同时也强调了文化艺术对于实现世界和平的重要性。

In order to further promote the development of global culture and art and promote the realization of world peace, the【Federation of World Cultural & Art Society (Singapore)】(FOWCAAS) announced that General Soontorn Saikwan, former Royal Thai Police Senator, has been invited to serve as Global Distinguished Honorary Advisor of the organisation. General Soontorn has over thirty-years of friendship and understanding with Grand Master Jason Tan, the Founder & Global Chief Councillor of the organisation.

The inclusion of General Soontorn is of great significance to the Federation. As the Global Distinguished Honorary Advisor of the Federation, he will make great contributions to the development of the Federation and the promotion of global cultural and artistic undertakings. General Soontorn deeply understands that culture and art play an important role in promoting the development of the Federation. It also emphasizes the importance of achieving world peace through deep understanding of culture and art.

【Federation of World Cultural & Art Society (Singapore)】 is committed to promote exchanges of culture and art among various countries, building an international platform, and promoting innovation and development of culture and art.
