尊敬的欧亚人民大会领导和全体成员大家好，我是【世界文化艺术联合总会】的创办人兼全球总顾问陳光億，值此欧亚人民大会成立六周年之际，我谨代表本会全球140个国家与地区成员国的主席团及个人精英们，向您们致以最诚挚的祝贺和表扬！
六年来，在各位领导和成员们的付出努力之下，欧亚人民大会取得了显著的成就与进展，其主要目标是通过民间社会机构、科学、教育、文化人士、媒体和商界代表联合起来的交流平台，推进欧亚地区的稳定与繁荣，为国际和和平发展事业做出了极大的贡献。
欧亚人民大会的成立与发展得到了来自各界的关注和支持，并在推进多边合作、应付全球挑战、促进文化交流等方面发挥了其重要的作用，尤其是面对疫情的特殊时期，您们顺应时代潮流，推进了国际合作与交流，实现了“网络会议”等新型合作模式，展现了非政府组织的推进力和创造力。
最后，我再次衷心祝愿欧亚人民大会成立六周年之际，能够继续发挥其重要作用，推进多边合作和全球化进展，促进欧亚地区的稳定、和平和繁荣。谢谢！
Dear leaders and all members of "Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia", Hello, everyone. I am from 【Federation of World Cultural & Art Society (Singapore)】 - Founder & Global Chief Councillor Grand Master Jason Tan Beng Siang. On the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the Peoples of Eurasia, I would like to extend my most sincere congratulations and praise to you on behalf of the bureaus and individual elites of the 140 member countries and region around the world!
Over the past six years, thanks to the dedication and efforts of all leaders and members, the "Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia" has achieved remarkable achievements and progress. Its main objective is to promote stability and prosperity in the Eurasian region through an exchange platform that unites civil society institutions, scientific, educational, cultural figures, media and business representatives, making a positive contribution to the cause of international peace and development.
The establishment and development of the "Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia" has received attention and support from all walks of life, and played an important role promoting multilateral cooperation, responding to global challenges, and cultural exchanges. Especially in special times like the pandemic, you continue to adapt to the trend of the times, promoting international cooperation and exchanges, through new approaches of collaboration such as "online conferences" and demonstrated the driving force and creativity of non-governmental organizations.
Once again, I sincerely congratulate "Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia" on its sixth anniversary and wish it continues to promote multilateral cooperation and globalization, stability, peace and prosperity in the Eurasian region. Thank you!

Children of Eurasia write the longest letter of happiness, On May 11, 2023, at the “Goodness Fair of School 1409”, the Department of Happiness of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly held the International Action “The Longest Letter of Happiness”. More than 100 people left their touching wishes in a letter of happiness. Children from Belarus and Uzbekistan joined the action.
