苍冬寻春色，绝艳惊四方。

血梅枯枝破，旖旎生万象。

In the pale winter, looking for spring colors,

The beautiful glitz is stunning in all directions.

Break the shackles of the dead branches and bloom like blood,

Beautiful Vientiane, a great scene has been born——
