磁州窑在陶瓷史发展有一定的贡献。

The Cizhou kiln has made a significant contribution to the development of ceramic history.

磁州窑是中国北方民间最大的窑系，在宋代民间著名窑口之一。

Cizhou kiln is the largest folk kiln in northern China, One of the renowned folk kilns in the Song Dynasty.

在宋代中期，陶瓷工艺制造与艺术更是达到了巅峰。

During the mid-Song Dynasty period, ceramics production, craftsmanship and artworks reached their peak. 

它是开启了把绘画艺术装饰在瓷器的技术，也是对往后陶瓷加入彩绘的引领者。

It pioneered painting art on porcelain and was a leader in adding coloured painting on ceramics. 

而在釉料方面，当时是以黑色，褐色与白色为主。The primary glaze was mainly black, brown and white. 

当时在北方盛行一段很长的时间。

It was popular in the north for a long time.
