陈稳兆，1968年7月出生，浙江青田人。
知名雕刻家、收藏家、鉴赏家，国家艺术品评估师。雅号“奇麟阁主人”。
澳门印社社长陆康盛赞他为“青田石雕文化的推进者”。
曾被评为“上海收藏十大人物”；
曾成为香港《大中华收藏》杂志封面人物；

陈稳兆，16岁开始进行石雕创作，33年来创作了100多件石雕精品，创建了奇麟阁，并不断发展壮大，在浙江、上海、广州等在开创多家分公司与艺术展览馆，谱写了独属于他的传奇……，他既是一个成功的商人，头上有着各种商会常务副会长的光环，同时又是一个资深的玉石鉴赏家、收藏家、雕刻家，与文艺界、收藏界名流跻身一堂。
