Hometown Is a Flower with Thorns

There is always something in the hometown that is inexplicably smarting
A kind of grief of shedding tears has no choice but to be put up with patiently at heart
More often hometown
like a flower
takes root in the heart
and generates spring breeze
which warms severe winter in foreign land
What I have to do is pick up a sickle to mow the weeds around the flower

she pats the window

she races to tease fireflies
only to startle them into
flying in all directions

A Moonlit Little Village

now off and on
without intermission have been guarding the stars
until the last one falls
A few chirps are always there chatting at the foot of the wall
chanting those simple love prattles repeatedly
A crow or two from a rooster
has waken up the people who are enjoying sound sleep
boiling the tranquility of the village into a pot of porridge
