La Tour de Barcelona

Slowly, you moved.

A few quick steps forward,

Right leg lifted sideways, 

Turning, 

as if sweeping aside all those earthly dusts.

Then, a soaring leap,

A superb pirouette, 

Finishing 

on a perfect still.

Lifting you tender head,

Neck backwards, 

The long and slender arm, 

in full extension to the sky... 

Isn't your name La Tour de Barcelona? 

A born ballerina. 

An instant snapshot 

Just captured a sublime moment!

So upright 

and so agile, 

Like a goddess on Mount Olympus. 

All in pristine white, 

Stiring the deepest yearning from human hearts. 

Are you feeling tired? 

Or any pain? 

Perhaps not,

Because you're the one 

that's being caressed by heaven's light.
