其一 听潮
起落海怒狂
任凭狂风掀巨浪
听潮心激荡
身伴海水潮
心底舒畅无烦躁
盼沉冠魔妖
（1）Listening to the Tide
Sea rage falls and rises
Let the wind blow the waves
Heart pounding listen to the tides
Accompanied by tide of the sea
A happy heart without irritation
Hope to sink demon disease
其二 踏青
春日好风光
青山绿水花芬芳
清新气息爽
早盼病魔降
居家隔离闷得慌
解封踏青忙
(2) Outing
It's a beautiful spring day
Green hills, clear waters waft fragrances
Fresh and refreshing airs, aye
Long for defeating disease
Isolation at home is overwhelmed
Unseal let’s go outing busy
其三 清明
才送白雪去
又迎清明纷纷雨
登高插茱萸
思念亲人故
行人断魂泥丸路
勿忘节祭祖
(3) The Tomb-sweeping Day
Just send white snow away
Encounter drizzles on mourning day
Climb the high and wear dogwood we may
Missing the loved ones dear
Pedestrians on muddy road stumbling
Worship ancestors, forget not the day here

晓风李桃开
姹紫嫣红迎春来
山青水秀宅
栽培从小孩
强国富民育人才
报国琼瑶帅

Peach and plum blossoms smile in breeze sound
Blooming colors usher in the spring
Hills and rivers are gorgeously around
Young trees and kids cultivated and made
Enrich country and nurture the talented
Serve the nation with gem and jade

任诚刚（1958-），云南农业大学外语学院英语教授，云南大学滇池学院客座教授。主要从事MTI硕士研究生高级文学翻译及英语专业翻译理论与实践课程教学。云南农业大学外语学院教学与测试室主任、系中华（传统）诗词学会会员、云南省翻译工作者协会理事、诗殿堂执行主编、海外凤凰诗译社副社长、【英国文学】新媒体平台“签约作家”、当代先锋文学（纸刊）首席顾问。编著书籍：《旅美吟稿》（专著、1999）、《英汉诗歌鉴赏比较与互译》（2013）、《韵》（词典2017）；译著：《汉英对照韵译天安门诗抄一百首》（2016）、《英韵周恩来朱德及陈毅诗选五十首》（2019）、《韵荡》（2020）、《漂泊与乡愁》（2020）；双语：《英韵<旅美吟稿>》（2022）。等。Ren Chenggang（1958-）, Professor of English, College of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Agricultural University; Guest Professor of Dianchi College, Yunnan University; who is mainly engaged in the teaching of translation theory and practice for MTI students, and is director in college of the teaching and testing office；a member of China Traditional Poetry Society and a council member of Yunnan Translators Association; Editor in Poetry Hall; Vice president of Overseas Phoenix Poetry Translation Society. He is the author of books Autographic Poetry in America ( 1999); Comparative Appreciation and Inter-translation of Selected English and Chinese Poems (2013); and Chinese-English Translation of 100 Poems of Tian An Men (Rhymed Ver. 2016); and English Rhymed Translation of 50 Poems of Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Chen Yi (2019)；The Rhymes (Dictionary，2017);Rhyme Is Rippling, (2020), and A Nostalgic Wanderer (2020); Bilingual book：Memories of America：English Rhymed Poems and Lyrics (2022). etc.
