巴米扬大佛

樊功生

那座大佛被炸毁了

很多人伤心

听说佛不在意：

-- 毁了就毁了吧

佛像  是人要雕刻的

如今人不想要了

随他们去吧... 

-- 别的地方

别的时代

寺庙

有时如雨后春笋

之后又被付之一炬

-- 来拜的人

都是想着自己

灵验了就回来

求的更多

其实不来也罢了

-- 佛

不需要一尊大像

也不需要一座大殿

不用去信那些个大师

也不用去上那个高香

你去哪里

做了什么

都不重要

只要心里有

就对了

其它  都是人在做生意...

Bamiyan Buddhas

The destruction of that buddha statue, 

Saddened many,

Except for the Buddha himself:

-- What's done is done. 

   The statue was erected by men. 

   Now they don't want it anymore, 

   So be it. 

-- Other places, other times, 

   Temples could go up like spring bamboo shoots, 

   Then would be burnt down quickly afterwards

-- Those worshipers, 

   Only think about themselves.    

   And would return only if it had worked, and then ask for more. 

   Would be perfectly fine should they not show up. 

-- The Buddha, 

   Never needs a statue,

   Nor a grand edifice. 

   No need to believe those so-called masters, 

   Or to burn those giant insenses. 

   It's not that important 

   Wherever you go,  or

   Whatever you do.

   It would suffice 

   As long as you have in you. 

   All else is just artificial business people are obsessed with.
