让中国诗人走向世界，让世界诗人走进中国！为推动中国诗歌的国际交流和发展，促进世界诗歌的翻译与研究，翻译家苏菲、苏菲国际翻译出版社、苏菲诗歌&世界翻译网计划自2021年开始，每年编辑、出版苏菲译《世界诗歌年鉴》（汉英对照）一卷。本书由诗歌翻译家苏菲翻译完成，纸质书由苏菲国际翻译出版社香港出版。电子版在亚马逊美国英文网线上发行。苏菲译《世界诗歌年鉴2021卷》（汉英对照），外国籍非汉语诗人稿件由翻译家苏菲统一组稿。现就汉语诗人稿件，特向海内外有影响、有成就的实力汉语诗人公开征稿。具体如下：
一、诗歌征稿要求：本次征稿限自由体新诗、格律诗、俳句。
新诗：没有被翻译成英语的新诗佳作1首（不超过25行）
格律诗：没有被翻译成英语的五言或七言诗（ 8句以内）
俳句：没有被翻译成英语的俳句（三首9句以内）
原则上2021年创作为佳。
作者请自行写好署名，标明省份。作品要求原创，不得抄袭他人作品，否则文责自负。
二、样书与预订：欢迎及时投稿并预订样书。
备注：不预订者不能入选本书，请勿投稿。
三、投稿方式：微信投稿。
请所有诗人直接采用微信投稿（支付）。

文稿请附带作者详细通讯地址（邮编）、手机号码、收件人姓名、微信号（或QQ号）、电子邮箱等。

每年一卷的苏菲译《世界诗歌年鉴》（汉英对照）出版后，将寄赠联合国图书馆、联合国教科文组织、世界重要国家国会图书馆、世界重要文学报刊、世界著名大学图书馆、各国知名文学研究专家、诺贝尔文学奖评审委员会等诗歌评奖机构。

Let Chinese Poets Go To World, Let World Poets Go Into China ! In order to promote the international exchange and development of Chinese poetry, and promote the translation and research of world poetry, translator Sophy Chen, Sophy International Translation Publishing House, Sophy Poetry & World Translation Website plan to edit and publish a volume of Sophy Chen’s Translation Of “World Poetry Yearbook 2021” (C-E Bilingual) every year a book, starting in 2021. The book will be translated by translator Sophy Chen, and published by Sophy International Translation Publishing House in Hong Kong. The E-book will be published online in Amazon US English website.
Sophy Chen’s Translation Of “World Poetry Yearbook 2021” (C-E Bilingual), the manuscripts of foreign and non-Chinese poets will be compiled by translator Sophy Chen, and We are now openly calling contributions from Chinese poets who are influential and accomplished at home and abroad. Details as follows:
1.Poems Requirements: Free verse or modern new poems, metrical poems, and haiku.
Free verse or modern new poems: please submit a representative masterpiece that has not been translated into English (no more than 25 lines)
Metrical Poems: Please submit a five-character or seven-character poem that has not been translated into English （within 4 sentences）
Haiku: Please submit a haiku that has not been translated into English,（within 3 sentences）
Poems are better to be created in 2021.
The poet is requested to write his own signature and province. The poem requires originality, and no copying of other poet’s works is allowed, otherwise the poet is responsible for it.
2. Sample Book & Reservation: Welcome to submit your poems and book sample in time.
Remarks: Those who do not make a reservation cannot be selected for this book, please do not contribute your poems.
3. Submission Method: WeChat Submission.
All poets are requested to directly submit your poems and (pay) by WeChat.

The book launching of Sophy Chen’s Translation Of “World Poetry Yearbook 2021” (C-E Bilingual) will invite selected famous poets and famous poetry critics to participate.
After Sophy Chen’s Translation Of “World Poetry Yearbook 2021” (C-E Bilingual) is published every year, it will be sent to the United Nations Library, UNESCO, the world’s important National Library, the world’s important literary newspapers and periodicals, the world-renowned university libraries, well-known literary research experts from various countries, the Nobel Prize Committee and other poetry evaluation institutions.
