蓝天就是你徜徉的乐园;
又在苇梢开出似雪的白花;
你是风的使者;
你是山的呼吸;
你是天地间飘渺的神灵;
你就自我胸中冲决激荡;
Cloud
By Wei Yu (Canada)
English Translation By Zhang Lizhong (Australia)
You walk gracefully into the blue sky
The blue sky is the paradise where you wander;
You fall quietly on the top of the mountain
The mountain has become your gentle lover.
In the morning you turn into faint mist,
Like plain yarn covering the peaceful lake
White flowers like snow blooming on the reed tips;
In the evening you spread out in the valley,
To dip the peaks into your mysterious dream
One after another, there seems to be nothing...
Cloud! What are you?
You are the messenger of the wind;
You are the breath of the mountain;
You are the ethereal god between heaven and earth;
As the colorful palette of Mother Nature...
When I stand alone on the top of the mountain
You will rush into my chest;
When I look at the sea
You are surging ahead of my eyes.
I ascend 10,000 meters in the sky
To fly to my hometown far away,
You wrap me like warm cotton wool,
To remind me of snuggling when I was a kid
In Mother's warm and soft chest...
