01.MOUNT TAI
There stands the majestic Mount Tai
Its blue summit reaches even to the sky
Mother Earth graces it with endless beauty
Sunshine and shade have their moments clearly
My spirits are purified with the clouds ascending
My eyes are feasted with the birds returning
I will be atop the highest peak conquered by few
To proudly enjoy the magnificent bird's-eye view
02.Beholding Mount Tai
Oh, Mount Tai, so imposing in your majestic blue,
While extending endlessly beyond the land of Qi and Lu.
Such a divine creation, splendid and sacred,
Dawn and dusk divide the south and north ridges.
My heart is thrilled by the cloud layers rising high,
Home bound birds are seen approaching from the sky.
Resolved, I will ascend to the mountain top,
Just to witness how all others are being dwarfed.
03. Gaze On Mountain Tai
O, what an amazing view of Mountain Tai!
Across north and south, everywhere is in green dye.
All we can see are the superb masterpieces of nature,
Shadow and light are seemingly divided as dawn and dusk there.
Wisps of drifting clouds make me feel so nice,
A flock of returning birds catches my eyes.
Only when climbing to the highest peak,
Can you see all other mountains lie low under your feet.
杜甫（712年2月12日—770年），字子美，自号少陵野老，唐代伟大的现实主义诗人，与李白合称“李杜”。出生于河南巩县，原籍湖北襄阳。杜甫与李白又合称“大李杜”，称为“诗圣”，他的诗被称为“诗史”。后世称其杜拾遗、杜工部，也称他杜少陵、杜草堂。
