The snow is falling harder! So hard
That it hides among crags the little pagoda

王勣，湖南长沙人，师范大学讲师，中国翻译协会会员，曾担任全国英语辩论赛事(FLTRP CUP, FLTRP OPEN)独立评委，世界大学生英语辩论赛(WUDC)评委，剑桥商务英语考试(BEC)口语考官。曾在全国期刊《海外英语》（课外读物版）上撰写专栏，并兼任顾问；翻译《透视教育时尚》（外研社出版）、《书写，让你更懂我》（安徽科学技术出版社）、《译心斋集》（上海交通大学出版社）等。鲁四彬，汉英典籍翻译。1977级就读湖南师范大学外语系，毕业后留湖南师大外语系任教。1984级入武大外文系读研究生，毕业后留武大外文系任教。1993年留学美国毕业后先在美国辛辛那提辛康软件公司后在田纳西州某学院工作。在美国常参加汉语教学活动，为教学服务，对古典诗词的英译有较多关注。
