朝沐日光浴，遍体暖洋洋。
坦腹晨曦下，身心皆舒畅。
春风吻吾面，绿树映明窗。
黄莺声婉转，唤吾莫赖床。
颐养觅安逸，岁月不虚晃。
何来挤车累？更无加班忙。
终生称臣子，今日当帝王。
朝食益脾胃，养身蓄能量。
吾自华夏来，盘桓在异邦。
积习莫更改，自在身无恙。
君喜炸薯条，吾赞馒首棒。
君爱餐汉堡，吾嗜疙瘩汤。
饭罢信步去，乔作读书郎。
官家崇文院，大门已开敞。
书馆满经典，静谧阅报章。
熟知天下事，胸中有主张。
幸焉有电视，曲目供欣赏。
足可不出户，世界如指掌。
要务千千万，民生最担当。
生计惠民情，福祉人向往。
民主加开放，自由人和祥。
法治勤护驾，国运定永昌。
快哉一方土，贵在重信仰。
中华享盛誉，米国有名望。
两国喜携手，世界树榜样。
炊烟召馋虫，当午入厨房。
牛排乃至爱，海鲜亦品尝。
荤素巧搭配，美味悦饥肠。
节食虽重要，口福人不枉。
欣欣尝蛋糕，权且忘血糖。
餐后人思眠，午睡非吾想。
专程星巴克，老友得相访。
寒暄坐定后，咖啡各端上。
夸夸谈国是，喋喋论短长。
兄忧天下计，弟虑中东殃。
兄评见识远，弟议威名扬。
话题多投机，声音渐高亢。
邻座侧目视，方知礼失常。
窃窃续谈兴，绵绵语无疆。
告别兄长后，寒舍换衣裳。
天天入泳池，烦恼一边藏。
黄昏来临际，漫空舞霞光。
夕阳无限美，老来更张狂。
留得心田净，旧貌换新妆。
长寿诚可贵，岁月细端详。
人生有目标，心宽体安康。
咫尺见雷音，方寸会慈航。
善意待万物，积德建佛墙。
烟光拂夜色，晚风送清凉。
急步入陋室，欲闻笔墨香。
唐诗吟李杜，元曲唱西厢。
著书敬孔孟，立说赞老庄。
辛劳显倦态，恬静入梦乡。
生活多美妙，悠然享夕阳。
注：1）崇文院：古时对国立图书馆之称谓。
2）国是：国家之大政方针也。“国是”二字源于明朝之黄道周【节寰志公传】“‘朝有不直，毁名之臣，则民生休戚、人品邪正，谁复为国家言乎？’疏上，夺俸一年。呜呼！国是所归，往往如此矣。”
Enjoy the Setting Sun Leisurely

When the Sun casts its first light onto my bed,
I could feel the warmth of the sunshine.
The Sun makes me feel so glad.
No longer crazily running to the street,
To catch up with the bus for taking me to work.
Now I am relaxed and released,
Lazily lying on the quilt.
I love sunshine a lot,
Because it brings me happiness and comfort.
I just want to be soaked in the sunshine every moment,
But it is primary for my daily breakfast,
It gives me energy and enjoyment.
Some unknown birds are singing outside,
They are reminding me of getting up immediately.
Walking onto the road,
Leading me to the destination I have designed.
The library door is opened,
Morning newspaper reading is a must.
It presents me with the whole world.
Whoever Biden or Trump,
Who are the popular candidates,
I do not care who would be the next term president.
Fair life to me is the most important.
From the Dragon Country where I was born,
To the Nation of Donkey & Elephant,
My life style has never been changed.
You really like your potato chips and hamburgers,
I just love my rice and steamed-bread.
The traditional food does my stomach good.
You may laugh at my unchanged habit,
But I do not mind.
The habit had been inherited from my ancestor.
Different nationalities are freely and closely gathered,
It is the power source of the countries people want.
How fantastic my family has a TV set,
It entertains me with news, movies and music.
When the kitchen smell has aroused my appetite,
I know I must enjoy some nourishing food,
Beef, chicken, vegetables and seafood soup.
Without caring about the sugar containing in my blood,
I am eager to taste a piece of cake.
Life spell can never be ignored,
But the life quality must be seriously considered.
After a full meal and drink,
Most of the people wish to have a short nap.
But napping has never be my intent.
Afternoon is a good time for me to have a coffee break.
I enjoy the coffee time together with my good friend.
Sitting face to face at a Starbuck Coffee Shop,
My friend and I talked, argued and laughed.
The loudness we made would not be stopped,
Until one neighboring customer got annoyed.
We had to lower our voices,
But the conversation must be continued.
He told me how tenderly he liked his ideal statesmen,
I was happy to describe the country I lived,
He loved to recall some special historical events.
I told him about the famous scholars I admired.
When I was concerned about the Middle East conflict.
He commented on a different government,
I told him about the Mainland’s successes achieved.
Finally we touched the topic of some soccer games played
Peaceful, amicable, reasonable and whole-hearted,
He and I loved to frequently communicate.
Saying a good-bye to my old folk,
I drove to the designated swimming pool for my daily sport.
Swimming can make a magic,
Deep water swimming helps me forget anything unpleasant.
When the sunset time has arrived,
The sky in the west becomes so resplendent.
It indicates the amazing dusk time is really short,
Yet the sky is fantastically glittered.
No matter a human being’s life is limited or pro-longed,
The most valuable is the life attitude.
If you respect a creature,
This creature will become your friend;
If you hate the people around,
You will be definitely isolated.
Evening God knocks at my door with a gust of light wind,
My heart is at once filled with a kind of commitment.
It is the time to explore my so-called writing talent.
I write articles, poems and books concerned,
I never feel tired when I had selected a good topic.
No need for chasing the money or reputation people want,
I just do it for my personal interest.
The Moon smiles at me when the night is late,
I realized that it was my time for bed.
Sleeping will help me earn my energy back,
What a wonderful time every day I spend,
I know my life is full of sunshine,
But I do enjoy the setting sun with no doubt.
Oh, my leisure time is so great!
