赵宜忠,1966 年毕业于齐齐哈尔大学英文专业，后 

又在黑龙江大学和北京二外进修两年。曾任河北省邯郸市人民 

政府外办副主任，市译协副主席，省译协理事，市旅游局总经 

理，一直从事翻译工作。曾任美国 L&A 水处理公司驻大庆化肥 

厂总代表的首席翻译，也曾出任部委级领导，省市领导的翻译 

多次出访美国，加拿大,日本，苏联，瑞士，德国等欧洲国家， 

现居捷克首都布拉格。喜欢翻译古诗,曾翻译出版《邯郸成语典 

故》，《邯郸画册》《韵译中国古诗 150 首》等。此外曾译古 

诗近千首，多首莎翁等诗篇以及多篇现代诗歌,如阿紫的《翻阅 

阳光》《锦绣》闰龙的《我是雪花》，叶舟的《祖国在上》， 

玉扣子出版的《我住在鼹鼠的故乡》的英文翻译等。 

About the Translator ： 

JOHN ZHAO Yizhong graduated from 

Qiqihar University in 1966, majoring in English. Later he studied at 

Heilongjiang University and Beijing Second Foreign Language 

Institute for two years. He was the deputy director of the Foreign 

Affairs Office of Handan City, Hebei Province, the vice chairman of 

Handan Municipal Translation Association, the director of the Hebei 

Provincial Translation Association, as well as the general manager of 

Handan Municipal Tourism Bureau. He has been an interpreter all 

the time. He was the chief interpreter of the general representative 

of L&A Water Treatment Company in Daqing City. As an 

interpreter for leaders at minister-, provincial and municipal-levels, 

he visited the United States, Canada, Japan, the then-Soviet Union, 

Switzerland, Germany and other European countries. Now, he lives 

in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. He has translated and 

published “Handan Idioms and Allusions ”,"Handan Album" 

“Rhyme Translation of 150 Chinese Ancient Poems”and etc. In 

addition ， he has translated about a thousand Chinese ancient 

poems , many Shakespeare poems and many modern poems, such as 

Ah Zi 's "Looking through the Sunshine", "The Rich Brocade",Leap 

Dragon's "I am snowflake", Ye Zhou 's "My Motherland's Above", 

and Yu Kouzi 's " I Live in the Hometown of Moles" published in English translation.

资深书画家，英语副译审,毕业于黑龙江大 

学英语专业。现任美国世界艺术家协会（中国区）名誉主席、黑龙江书 

法家协会会员、中华书画学会副主席、中国毛体书法家协会常务理事、 

《中华书画报》特聘书文化中国书画院签约书法家等。自幼习唐楷的同 

时即接触“毛体”，一舵默航 70 余年，为迄今研习毛体书法时间最长、 

成就最丰者之一。他不仅临摹毛泽东字体形神兼具，还兼收并蓄二王、

Mr.GUO Wenzhang, 75, senior calligrapher, associate professor of English tra 

nslation, graduated from Heilongjiang University, majoring in English. Curren 

tly, he is the honorary chairman of the American World Artists Association (in 

China), member of Heilongjiang Calligrapher's Association, the vice Presiden 

t of Chinese Calligrapher's Association, executive director of Chinese Mao- 

style Calligraphers Association, and signed calligrapher with 

Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of 

“Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper”. Since childhood, while learni 

ng the regular script of the 

Tang Dynasty , he came into contact with the "Mao Zedong calligraphy style". 

Having studied Mao-style for more than 70 years, he is among 

the longest learners and the most fruitful achievers. He has not only imitated 

the style of Mao Zedong, but also drawn on the famous calligrphers such as 

the 

“Two Mr. Wangs”, Huaisu, Zhao Ji and others. He has gradually developed a 

“Mao-style”with his own vigorous, free, easy, smart and unique characteristics, 

which is well received and listed in the Font development project of Founder 

Computer Font Library. His calligraphic art appeared 

in the CCTV broadcast live show, and his works were 

exhibited in Beijing's Military Museum,
